About Us
Colby’s Office of Outdoor Education and Leadership (OEL) provides all members of the Colby community with opportunities to access outdoor programs that support individual wellness, contribute to community building, and promote the development of leadership skills. OEL leverages Colby’s unique geographical location, history of peer mentorship, and culture of close collaborations between departments to provide programming that is safe, inclusive, and inspiring.
