About Us
The Colby Student Investment Association (CSIA) is a student-run club which manages its own equity portfolio. Founded in 2007, thanks to the generous donation of a Colby alumnus, the CSIA relies on the in-house research and talent of Colby students to beat the indices. The mandate of the club is to educate Colby students interested in the capital markets and to develop and strengthen the network between Colby students and alumni in financial services fields. Our positions span a variety of sectors but the environmental and social impacts of our investment decisions are always carefully considered. Each year a portion of the portfolio’s earnings is contributed to the Colby College Endowment.
