The Colby African Society (CAS) serves as a cultural and social support base for all students of African descent. We aim to celebrate African cultures by creating a platform on which all students interested in Africa can closely interact with each other and also share their cultures and experiences with the Colby community at large.
Membership in the Colby African Society provides students with opportunities to build community, connect with peers, celebrate African cultures, and engage with African-centered programming. Members can participate in cultural events, social gatherings, educational discussions, and collaborative activities while developing meaningful relationships with other students and members of the broader Colby community.
