Chair and Treasurer
Our chair and treasurer, Marin, leads the organization and schedules, plans, and runs each weekly meeting with our team! She works with our advisor, Nathan Baird, to make our ideas come to life, manages our budget, and oversees the execution of all SPB programming.
Fall Social Chair
Ella spearheads scheduling, planning, and overseeing all fall social activities, like Fall Welcome Week, the Fall Concert, Fall Break activities, and more! She's responsible for organizing staffing and coverage for each activity and managing publicity and marketing for all fall events.
JanPlan Events Chairs
Together, Ainsley and Nafis schedule, plan, and oversee daily JanPlan programming. The pair organize staffing and coverage for each event and manage all publicity and marketing for JanPlan activities! This year, events included dance classes, a Paint and Sip, buses to Freeport and Portland, and sledding!
Spring Social Chair
Elle takes the lead on scheduling, planning, and overseeing all spring social activities, like the Spring Concert, Doghead programming, Colby Universe, and more! She's responsible for organizing staffing and coverage for each activity and managing publicity and marketing for all spring events.
Each of our Support Coordinators are responsible for supporting our chairs with all programming. Support coordinators brainstorm, schedule, and run our events, which involves communicating with vendors and dining staff, booking and decorating event spaces, and securing all necessary materials for each activity. Our Graphic Designer creates original designs for posters and merchandise, including our famous Fall and Spring Concert and Doghead T-Shirts!
