Outside of SGA, I am the president of the Croquet Club, a fellow for the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, and a member of the equestrian team. I enjoy Nordic skiing, making cookies, dancing, road tripping, and trying new diners (Purple Cow is the best). Hey everyone! My name is Jacob, and I'm a sophomore double majoring in Statistics and Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets. Hey! I’m Anthony, a Government and Economics double major with a minor in Latin American Studies from Houston, Texas. I serve as Parliamentarian of the Student Government Association and previously represented the Class of 2027 as a Senator. Through my involvement in SGA and other campus roles, I’ve been part of conversations around residential life, dining, and how students engage with institutional decision-making. I’m also a Colby Votes Fellow, where I’ve worked to expand civic participation on campus. Academically, I’m interested in political institutions, development, and public policy. Outside of class and student government, I enjoy traveling, keeping up with politics, and playing the piano. I’m looking forward to working with the Executive Board and helping make SGA an effective and accessible space for all students.

Outside of student government, I work as a Tour Guide in Admissions and I am a Research Assistant in the Chemistry Department. I am also a member of the Ski and Snowboard Club and I have grown up skiing at Sugarloaf. I am very excited to continue my work in Student Government at Colby as the Administrative Chair. Hi all! My name is Leo Dale and I’m sophomore from Sonoma, California double majoring in Environmental Policy and Economics. I’m super excited to be able to use my photography to support Colby and our community! I’ve been taking photos been taking photos since my dad handed me his old point-and-shoot camera at 2 years old. Since then, I’ve mostly focused on nature and wildlife photography, eventually winning multiple international wildlife awards. Hello! I’m Aishah Awotubo-Qasim, a senior studying Government and Anthropology. I’m involved in multiple clubs and organizations on campus including Colby African Society, Colby Muslim Society, Women of Color and Alliance (WOCA). I co-lead the Black Spirituality group as a part of the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life (ORSL), as well as my leadership on Student Health on Campus (SHOC). I am also a Sexual Violence Prevention Leader. I find lots of fun in my roles on campus and I’m committed to being your DEI Co-Chair. Onto hobbies! I love yapping, and eating. I’m a big Afro beat, and K-pop enthusiast, also currently developing a love for Bollywood songs! Of course, you can't love music without dancing so yes, I love dancing. A fun fact about me is that I am the oldest child of my parents, oldest grandchild, which also makes me the oldest cousin, and eventually I'll be the oldest aunty- LOL!
